Nice pic Mike for a two-second hand-held shot ! Suggestive of some exotic flowers with palms swaying in the breeze and seeds strewn on the ground.

The lovely warm colours of the sky offer an interesting contrast to the silhouetted foreground. I would however agree better with mike_b's suggestion. Well done in any case!

The side lighting contrasting with the 'dramatic' overcast sky, appears to bring out such an overall pleasant colouring of the subject. I do not think that the pic would have appealed to me with a wall-to-wall blue sky. Furthermore, the overall level of sharpness, contributes positively to render this an attractive pic. Good job Andy !
