Thanks for the kind words.

You are right it was HDR taken from one RAW exposure but going easy on the tonemapping as I don't really want it to look like HDR.

Thanks Benny,

This was the widest I could go unfortunately so had to compromise on getting the lead in from the ground and the dome. Along with pressure from the wife and family to hurry up!

I think the sky is lighter as the POV is in a Westerly direction so probably some light left on horizon.

I'm not a fan of the overcooked HDR images but I think it's a useful tool for maximising what you can capture on the day.

I used to use Photomatix but even though I paid for it...
