Questions...

Hello Joel,

Thanks for your reply. I have no idea what the regulations of the new CCPA are, but why would they apply to only the Beta TE site and not the main site? What's the difference between...

Holiday

Hello Gert,

We will have to wait at least one more day for an answer. Today (Jan 20) is a holiday, Martin Luther KIng, Jr. Day here in the US, and the folks at IB are probably not working.

To holmertz: See-saws

Hello Gert,

When I was there I only saw adults and teenagers riding the see-saws. It was a weekday, so maybe on the weekends children also enjoy them. :)

Have a good day!

To macjake: Uber

Hello Craig,

Yes, Uber operates in NYC, but there's a cap on the number of Uber vehicles allowed on the streets. There's a lot of talk about traffic these days, and some new rules are in the...

Renovation

Hello Andre,

No, I haven't been to to the M&M or Hershey stores recently. I'm sure they are both very crowded during this holiday season. :)

Have a good weekend!

To holmertz: Taking photos

Hello Gert,

I think tourists would rather have photos of the Christmas tree than my face. :p As always thanks for your critique. Maybe I'll meet you here in NYC one day...

Have a great weekend!...

To Royaldevon: The crowds

Hello Bev,

The people outside the store are mostly lining up to look at the windows. The sidewalk actually got much more crowded than it was in my photo. I got trapped in the middle of the block...

To macjake: The key

Hello Craig,

I was so focused on taking photos that I didn't actually see what happened when the little girl turned the key! There was another window with a giant dog in it, and when you pet his...

To bona: Your question...

Hello Andre,

The buildings and blue sky in the windows are reflections of the city. If you stand in a certain way, you can even get a reflection of the Empire State Building in those windows. :)

Hello Murat,

I'll definitely be making a Christmas tree 2019 theme. :) Once the photos start rolling in, I'll set it up.

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving!

To holmertz: Mural and photos

Hello Gert,

I do believe that Kobra's murals are painted reproductions of the original photos. All of his murals here in NYC, (there are currently eighteen of them), feature people or characters...

Hello Jean,

Thanks for stopping by. :) I think this mural will stay on the school long-term, but I didn't find any definitive answer. Kobra has eighteen murals around NYC right now, and they are...

This hotel is definitely not for average travelers. The rich and famous usually stay here, but poorer photographers can take some photos and enjoy the ambiance as they pass through. :D...

The tower

Hi Paul,

Maybe I wasn't completely clear with my critique. I tried to take some photos of the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan a few months ago, and that building made the view much less attractive....

Hi Kari,

I can certainly see the resemblance to Jack Torrance, (The Shining is my favorite horror movie by the way), but this is actually the face of a character from Ghostbusters II named Vigo. I...

To Royaldevon: Evil eyes

Hello Bev,

Thanks for stopping by. :) It's funny that you described the eyes in my photo as evil; the word "EVIL" is actually painted next to the face, but I didn't include it in the shot. This is...

To emka: The beach

Hello Malgo,

Coney Island is only twenty minutes from my home, so it wasn't a very far trip. :) I usually visit once or twice every summer.

Have a great day!
