A basic rule of the site ever since the beginning is that post processing must be kept to a minimum. Nothing has changed with the addition of the clarification of what is and is not allowed when using HDR techniques. Used sparingly, HDR can and does enhance a photograph; used excessively the end result looks more like a painting. Images with as much HDR as you wish to use may be posted on TrekLens, a site which was specifically created to provide a showcase for images which fall outside the tight constraints of the Terms of Service of TrekEarth.
