Great Energysavingelk 2020-01-25 0:31

Ciao Silvio!

A daring photo: you portrayed the tower WITHOUT inclination. This is possible, of course, you just have to select an appropriate POV. So why is there a permanent pilgrimage, especially by physicists who claim that Galileo Galilei dropped some apples, thus describing a motion with constant acceleration by equations!

BTW: Nice light!

Lightbulb To Energysavingelk: Not apples

Hi Sven,

It was Newton who observed the apples. Galileo Galilei is said to have dropped two spheres of different masses. Most historians consider it to have been a thought experiment rather than a physical test.
