Great Bruno40 2009-06-03 5:47

Hi Kristaps
how lucky you are! what an amazing photo, with a lightning almost waiting there to have its picture taken (at 1/500 I cant capture even a smile of my baby!!)
Great photo
Cheers
Jorge

Default To Bruno40: should be much longer though

hola Jorge. actually, to capture lightning predictably (almost), exposure should be much longer than 1/500; in the order of several seconds actually. featureless night sky (instead of late day sky as in this shot) is preferred too; so, I did luck out on this one :)

thanks for the kind comment

in your note you referred to your child's smile; long exposure would not work on that one, i think :)

warm regards
