Photographer's Note

This is probably the world's longest Bamboo Bridge stretching some 1 km across the Mekong river connecting Koh Pen rural island and Kampong Cham town. It's a feat of architecture how it re-built every year when the river water subsides during dry season and dismantled by hand completely when the tide comes in. The Mekong’s surges during the middle part of the year are just too strong for the bridge to survive....

Caught the first glimpse of the bridge and the strolling monks from the best possible vantage point and I was honestly blown away by the sheer scale of it
