You may not believe that this truck might be use to fight against fire. In Cambodia the fire guard systems is really bad. They don't have enough trucks and they are very corrupts. I am Cambodian, and I had this experience twice when my house got in fire two times. First they will ask you "How much will you pay if we help you?" I was really shocked about this question, but later on when fire happen in other place, I heard the same thing happen. The fire man ask for money to work, if you don't pay they will not help. I'm not just writing this from my own thought, but it is real matter of daily life in Cambodia. I hope more Cambodian photographer on TE will help me at explaining about this issue of Cambodian life.
