Photographer’s Note
A wet day in the small coal mining town of Heibaoshan in Northern Heilongjiang and I was working out of my small apartment for the day. After lunch I walked around taking photos and sheltering from the occasional shower.
Three boys were building a mud dam and it brought back memories of my childhood.
