Photographer's Note
I took this last year at Nagoya castle, Cherry blossom is quite different from any other country, not because of the trees but it is because how people celebrate it, they usually spend evenings sitting under these lovely trees admiring them and drinking SAKE, which is a strong alcoholic drink in Japan and they tend to get quite rowdy at times, sometimes there is dancing, drum playing, Karaoke, guitar playing, everything, but during the day, like this shot, people are there in crowds and it was difficult taking this shot but not alot of people saw this shot.
I ahve taken another shot like this, you can check it out in my past postings.
I ahve just cropped it a little here for you, because some baranches were in the way
Thanks for your comments, I look forward to it.

A beautiful view, Daniel. I like how you use the cherry tree blossoms to create a colorful garland around Nagoya castle. Good depth in this shot, and an interesting note you wrote here.

Hi Daniel, beautiful cherry blossom in front of a spectaculair building. I like the way the picture is composed, the dark branch as a diagonal line works very well as a frame. Nice, natural looking soft colors.
Thanks for your notes.

Good work! I like the way you got the castle behind the branches, paparazzi style, well done! Very good composition!

Very nice composition. The blossoms make a nice frame for the castle. The castle stands out nicely, especially the gold sculpture on the roof. Even the sky has a good tone to it to match the blossoms. Really gives the castle a much less fortress feel and a more magical and light feel. Very beautiful.

You've framed the temple really well with this beautiful sakura. It all looks very 'Japanese' doesn't it?

Never been to Japan, but this pix looks to me very in line of what I would expect to find in the countryside. Very interesting Daniel..

Très beau cliché qui invite à l'évasion... des couleurs pastelles douces et mélancoliques à souhait... toute la finesse qu'on retrouve sur les estampes ... Bravo !

Beautiful shot here! I like how you used those sakura? around... Although it looks a bit overgrown, still an interesting shot. Well captured!

Oh - your fast ;-) I like your former shot but comment on this -
Nice to see spring around and already in Japan - you surely spotted a wonderful angle for this flower image. Even the sky have the right colour - vere good work Daniel.

Daniel, this is gorgeous! I don't know what time of day this is but the soft light and the colour on the green roof are just simply lovely. Well seen.

I like this castle thanks to its unusual color. I think the color of the flower go along quite well with the castle. I only wish I the photo was a bit brighter and that the flowers would not block so much of the castle.

Ohayoogozaimasu Dan-san,
I love japan, and japanese people so I especially appreciate this picture that appears to me as an icon of Japan. You captured not just an image but a moment, and the contrast between the strength of the Nagoya caste and the fleeting beauty of "Ohanami" is really great. Soft colors and POV are perfect as well.
Thans for sharing this photo

Hi Dan. Seeing as I gave you such a bad review for your KL shot, I thought I would ease my conscience and find something else to award one of my smileys for the day. I like many of your shots from Japan, but this one in particular becasue you have framed it very well and captured some unusually soft colours - the tones are quite different from the usual cherry blossom shots. Good one! Cheers . . . David
