Photographer's Note

This was just pure childish fun capture of the kids who wanted me to take pictures of them with the smiles and laughter and soon all of them started posing. Definitely the best cultural experience I had and the unspoiled local people really made for an amazingly great day here. The open faces of these innocents really warmed my soul.

Burma has faced difficult times over many decades and the people have few luxuries - if any. In fact, life can be hard there but yet the people carry themselves with grace and this is reflected in the children and how they interact with a stranger such as myself.

You don’t always need to speak their language to communicate, a genuine smile says it all.
