Photographer's Note

This picture I took during Moscow By Night Tour with my client from New Zealand using telephoto lenses and, of course, tripod from the Patriarch Bridge, which is part of the Christ the Savior’s Cathedral ensemble and was built a bit more then two years ago (end of summer 2004).

Here you can see nice view on Moskva-Reka (Moscow-River), Bolshoi Kamenny Most (Big Stone Bridge) and the Moscow Kremlin, stronghold of the city, with its beautiful towers with red stars, the Grand Kremlin Palace and ancient churches and bell tower inside. Even on the right side of this picture you can find highlighted domes of St. Basil's Cathedral which considered one of the famous attractions in Moscow, Russia.

As almost all main bridges in city during this Winter Holidays, the bridge (Bolshoi Kamenny Most ) has garlands with the colors of Russian flag: white, blue and red. I think that here it will be interesting for you to know the special symbolic meanings of Russian flag for each color:

- "White" is nobility and sincerity;
- "Blue" is truthfulness, commitment and purity;
- "Red" stands for bravery, valor and love.

PS: Greetings with upcoming New 2007 Year for you!
