Photographer's Note

Diamond Falls is in the Soufriere estate, a former plantation that was partially turned into a botanical garden. The wall of rock behind the falls has been stained orange because it lies near the base of a volcano, so the water contains a high concentration of sulfur and other minerals. 1/4 of a second was the slowest I could get the shutter speed without overexposing the water. If anyone has a helpful hint about getting slower shutter speeds during daylight, I would be very grateful.
