Photographer's Note

This is another shot form Graben, one of the most famous streets in Vienna's first district, the city centre.

Its name comes from the ancient trench, located midway between the secular part of the city, which represented the Hofburg, a part of the "sacred" area, represented by the Cathedral of Saint Stephen. At both ends of the square are the fountains: one of St.Joseph, a second, of St.Leopold, almost in the middle column commemorating the great Plague.


You see this column just in the middle of the capture.
