Photographer's Note

Back to Burgundy and the Château de Serrigny.
The owner mentioned that there was an old hunting lodge in the grounds so I went for a walk to try to find it. The lodge turned out to be in much worse condition than the château. It was overgrown and collapsing in a dense patch of forest.
As I started back there was a loud crashing through the undergrowth - a large wild boar. Luckily it headed away from me. I was told later that they have been known to charge people. I beat a hasty retreat back to the gîte.

Best in the large view.
