Photographer’s Note

Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport (EDDF).

If you, on departure from Frankfurt, take off from runway 07 (easterly direction) - which is not so usual due to the most common westerly winds - you reach a considerable altitude (I guess this is around 800ft) already when passing the terminal. When I realized this was happening, I grabbed my camera and “threw away” a couple of shots. This is #2 taken from inside one of Scandinavian Airline’s Boeing 737s bound for Copenhagen.

Like this unusual composition! Looks like a "micromachines" or "lego" structure! There are a lot of details to explore here. Good job

airports are magic :) good capture. i also like the way the upper part of the pic, in a dark grey, lets it 'breath'.

Great view of the terminal 1 of EDDF. As say Isabelle, airport are magic. And here your picture is magic.
I have taken several picture of aircraft from it.

Hehe, a very detailed shot that offers a great view off the airport. Looks like a video game, for me.
