Photographer's Note

This is the entrance of an old inn in the small town Nieheim in the very east of the federal state North Rhine-Westphalia, a typical entrance for the houses in this region.
As you can see this house was built in 1712 by Christoph Schröder and his wife Eva Margarete von Grona.
Right hand of the upper part of the door you can detect the emblem of the federal state North Rhine-Westphalia - as a proof that this house is listed.
