Questa simpatica statua accoglie i visitatori nella chiesa di Sant' Anastasia a Verona. E' infatti la statua del Gobbo che sorregge sulla sua schiena il peso dell'acquasantiera in bronzo, un po' come tutti noi sorreggiamo sulle nostre spalle i pesi quotidiani.

This lovely statue welcomes visitors in the church of Sant 'Anastasia in Verona. It is in fact the statue of the Hunchback that supports, on his back, the weight of the holy water bowl. Just like all of us support the weights of everyday's life on our shoulders.

The is a lovely shot, with colors of marble vivid and compelling. A few days ago Malgorzata submitted a shot of the same carving, but in a different context, as Simlarity. Well done!
