Photographer's Note

This one time grand house of a Lithuanian/Polish landowning family is now the amber musuem in Palanga. It's grounds are now botanical gardens, and it's set between the main street and the beach, so makes a very good route on a walking tour around the town.

Thanks to Manny for yesterdays title, if anyone can think of a better title today, I'll change it again.

Tech: slight crop, change to B&W. My duaghter siad I should have changed my PoV to not block the left hand wing of the house with the statue. I was thinking that the one chose would lead the eye down to the main stairway and door, as the architect had indended, rather than leaving the statue isolated. Unfortunately I only took one, I getting a bit concerned by a filling card at this stage.
