Photographer's Note

This classical view of Sveti Stefan in Montenegro is more and more difficult to photograph. I had quite a similar view from my hotel room but it was unfortunately obstructed by a new hotel building rising in front of the view. There are of course some laws which prohibit buildings too high structures in such places but if someone has the money the rules do not apply to him. This viewpoint was higher than my hotel room but I still struggled to avoid some new buildings here.
The islet of Sveti Stefan hosts now an expensive resort and is closed for sightseeing. Even the sunbeds on the beach (to the right from the islet) cost 125 euro per day. Fortunately on the left side the cost is much lower ranging 10-30 euro for two sunbeds with an umbrella. It is a pebble beach down there not very shallow and so not the best for children but the view from the beach is extraordinary and compensates for everything.
