Photographer's Note

From a bike trip.

In the previous photo, it was difficult to recognize if it was the ruins of a palace?
Today, the front facade of this building.

Ruins of the Hatzfeld Palace in Zmigrod - built in 1656–1658 according to the design of Carl Gotthard Langhans.

Zmigrod is a town in Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Zmigrod.
The town lies in the historic Lower Silesia region on the Barycz River, approximately 22 kilometres north-west of Trzebnica, and 40 kilometres north of the regional capital Wroclaw. Its name is derived from Old Polish ¯mij, "dragon" and gród, "castle" , displayed in the town's coat of arms.
