It was really hard job to tame that horse and then shoe it properly. The horse was raving and kicking around not thiniking of giving up at all. Those two guys needed some 15 minutes - or so - to take full control over the white beast.

Finally they used a special tool to calm the horse down. It was a stick with two straps mounted on two ends of it. The first strap has been tied with horse’s foretop while the second end has been tied with nostrils. After the straps have been strained the horse felt a sudden pain and stopped fussing and fighting at once.

Minute after the blacksmiths were working and I snapped the shutter.
