Hello friends and colleagues, today I offer you another view of Guipuzcoa Square in the beautiful city of Hondarribia. I hope you like it, then some letters about the villa.

Fuenterrabía (in Euskera and officially Hondarribia) is a city and municipality of the Basque Country, Spain, located in the northeast corner of the province of Guipúzcoa, about 20 km east of the capital, San Sebastián, at the mouth of the Bidasoa River, which acts as a natural border with Hendaye (France). It is part of a cross-border metropolitan area, the Basque City-Bayonne Eurocity, with more than 620,000 inhabitants. Fuenterrabía is part of the Eurocity through the Bidasoa Txingudi Transboundary Consortium, with the cities of Irún and Hendaye. The objective of this regional cooperation is to boost innovative projects, attract common investments and harmonize a sustainable social, territorial and urban development model.

It is a tourist and residential town. In it is the San Sebastián Airport, known for its location also as Fuenterrabía Airport.

The patterns and details of the façades and windows are appealing and you captured the town from a good angle here. The light was bright and well-handled. It was a quite street with only a few people around.

we can see how this is a tourist town, it certainly has that look and feel to it. yet its surprising to see only 1 person in the area, perhaps its too hot or the sun is just too bright.
interesting style of architecture with the pillars from the ground UP, holding the building. fine photo in the difficult lighting conditions. turned out well. cheers

Salut Angel,
Des façades photogéniques avec cette présence de balcons et d'encadrements de fenêtres en couleur, bine cadré sous cet angle, les chaînes en avant-plan donnent un bon effet de perspective, très bonne gestion des contrastes de luminosité, bon rendu de ces façades à l'ombre.

Hello Angel,
I find it rather unusual to see this kind of buildings standing on pillars, unless they were likely to be hit by floods. The large assembly of windows also makes this quite original and certainly worth a photo. The light was difficult but you handled it well.

Old style but newly renovated house, well captured from a fair distance to include its whole corner facades.
The chain barrier gave good sense of depth to the composition, light and shadows also beautifully appearing on the scene.

I think you've presented us already another picture of this beautiful square.
This one shows it from another angle.
The architecture is wonderful. At the other side we find a charming terrace from where all the beautiful buildings can be admired.
The closure brings more depth to the perfectly sharp photo.

The facade of this building is beautifully marked by the dark lines and surfaces on the white plaster.
This creates a beautiful graphic composition prominently placed on the columns of the first floor.

Angel, las barricadas de seguridad protegen a los peatones e impiden que los coches aparquen en la plaza. El edificio tiene un estilo arquitectonico caracteristico del Pais Vasco. Esta compuesto por balcones y ventanas de madera. Buena luminosidad, excelente punto de vista.

Hola Angel Il s'agit d'une juxtaposition d'un édifice multi-séculaire à celui de gauche, manifestement plus jeune, pour une vue étonnante en ville qui évoque une choabitation de siècles différents encore possible. Bravo pour ce bon rendu malgré l'éclairage peu collaborateur provenant du zénith. Hasta luego

Que bonita es esta plaza de Hondarribia y tu aqui nos ofreces hoy un POV fantástico, me encantan estas casas que combinan el blanco con la madera y esos miradores cerrados.
Muy buen color que da fuerza a la imagen.
