Photographer's Note

Schynige Platte is a high plateau above Interlaken reached by rack railway trains using 19th century carriages sometimes open sided and if you are lucky one of the engines is an old steam engine.
At the top are great views towards Jungfrau and friends. There is also a superb alpine botanic garden.
This image shows Switzerland's highest dairy farm - 1600 litres of milk a day that is made into cheese and then bought down when the cattle come down in September.
