After Work... Photo

Photographer’s Note

A little break from the hot landscapes of Mali. Now a little view from Tour de Maillen, with a view of the "Dents de Midi" (at right in dark), and the Mont Blanc massif, with the snowy summits.
The day have been hard at work,...late in the afternon a little running to see the sunset from the top and then I'am perfect. But after to see the sun goes down I have understand that I will have a probleme,...I have forget the light,...Oups!...

PS: Stress is not good,...then you forget the things really essentials. Like my light to go down in darkness,... :-)

But you came down safely, I understand? Very nice photo! Beautiful warm colours of the late sun. Good composition this panoramic view, and with the clouds included.
You Swiss guys are really lucky to have the possibility of enjoying such a view just after work!

Hello Javier,

Je trouve ta note tres amusante. Figure toi que Dimanche soir, j ai fait une petite rando pour le coucher du soleil et que pour le retour, j avais aussi oublie ma lampe. D ailleurs je me suis casse la figure sur le chemin du retour. Et en plus, les photos n ont pas ete bonnes. Une super sortie ;-(

Hola Javier! Bueno, espero que la bajada no fuera un infierno... Está claro que hay que relajarse un poquito más, que el estrés no es bueno para nada. Me gusta esta toma tuya del atardecer, tan suave y tan tranquila. Los tonos dorados sobre los picos son una delicia! Y las nubes le ponen el contrapunto para darle vida al cielo. El formato panorámico está muy bien elegido, aunque yo iría incluso más allá y le cortaría algo más de las montañas oscuras de abajo (no hago el WS porque con el ratón del portátil no me manejo para eso...).
Hermoso atardecer! Gracias por relajarnos los ojos con él.

OUPS!!! This is THE VIEW!!.
Excellent frame, wonderful colours and great DOF gave an extraordinary Photo from the impressive mountains which I can not stop seeing it.
