Photographer's Note

A different kitchen this time so a different set of decorations.
This is the kitchen at Buckland Abbey, and stood in a corner was this lovely tree decorated with hand made (in fabric) many gingerbread men. Sewn either by hand or machine, I thought that they were charming.
Gingerbread houses and gingerbread men are often made and decorated at this time of year.

"The gingerbread man is a classic children's story about a runaway gingerbread man fleeing from the woman who made him, only to be eaten, at the end of the story by a wily fox!
The catchphrase "Run, run, as fast as you can! You can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man!"
One slightly different view in the W/S.

Thanks for looking.
