Photographer's Note

Baker making bread at a bakery in Madaba, Jordan.

I suppose that this is the kind of bread that is found through all Middle East with some diferences between each country or region. The bread it's pretty similar to the Egyptian Local Bread (Aish baladi) that I showed in this post but I'm not sure how similar the taste is.
I can tell you that this one is very good and perfect to make sandwiches for a long trip.

Madaba is the fifth most populous town in Jordan and it's located 30 kilometers south-west of the capital Amman, in the North.
