Photographer's Note
While walking around the harbor , I noticed this extremely bright piece of steel , I am not sure what it is called ? Anyway I had to take this picture .
This photograph was taken in the afternoon and it was dull and almost snowing.
The photograph was cropped , sharpened in lab color U. S. M. 67,1.3,3.No other changes were made except save for the web .
