Of course Portsmouth is not all about the Spinnaker Tower, which is a bit clumsy when it comes to hide and seek, obviously. These old fishing boats (and Old Portsmouth) were as tempting for my camera as the tower.

Hello Gyorgy, Spinnaker is still here, although hidden behind the boats. Boats are maybe the most favourite theme on TE. Maybe even more than sunsets. Probably on every page are boats. But why not. They look attractive and maybe there is a longing for travels? Splendid composition, beautiful colours and of course fine sharpness.

A very special harbour picture not only showing some boats on the foreground but also modern architecture and the parking of yachts.
Clarity and sharpness are perfect and the thin clouds in the sky make a very attractive background.

Hello György,
A perfectly sharp and bright photo with lots of things to watch. Old and new, small and big, strange and normal. The spinnaker is hiding in the background, allowing the two small fishing-boats with one red buoy each to grab our attention. The light clouds are really nice too. It's an interesting and technically perfect photo.

You have great sky and colour capping what's below of an old harbour and old fishing boats which always attract the eye. Visually the vivid colour of the bouys give a tremendous boost

This is a lovely shot. At first glance, it looks just a little crowded and confusing but, study this image for a few seconds and there is so much to see and admire - from the old fishing boats in the foreground to the modern buildings and the Spinnaker Tower behind, as well as row upon row of small pleasure craft.

A well composed image taken in lovely light with perfect exposure, true colours and exceptional detail and sharpness.
