After to take the giant lift inside the park I was in its higher level. This is the mountain peak that was floating in Avatar movie.

Very nice landscape. Very interesting rock pillar. We have a very similar rock formation in Mpumalanga, South Africa called the "Pinnacle".
Sharp, good exposure and good POV.

It's a fantastic rock, and it's amazing that there are so many trees and bushes growing not just on the top but also along the sides. How could there be enough soil and water to keep them alive? This is one of your most spectacular view from China.

On peut voir tout ce que l'on veut dans ce rocher, comme dans plusieurs d'ailleurs. On peut faire aussi le même exercice avec les nuages. Très jolie composition.

you're right, Nature does find its way, and it will always win over human presence. Nature will FAR outlast the human race.
Very cool rock formation, I would love to be here when it finally collapses...but that probably won't be for a few thousand years. At some point the top half will fall over. great shot, great subject for TE. cheers

Jorge, that wonderful column of rock where some vegetation grows was created by the water and wind erosion as well as tectonic movements. It was used as a movie setting due to its originality. Fine colors, good image quality, regards.

A so lovely park and a beautiful area with these rock formations that I did not visit during my recent trip to China ... but we have seen many aspects and regions of the country but China is so extensive and there is so much to see ! hello Jorge, So you went this high lift. Did you have to stand in the long queue? I was there in the heavy rain so the view of the mountains was not so good, although beautiful with the fog. Spectaculr view, no wonder it inspired the movie makers.

That land formation just looks absolutely fantastic and wonderful pov. It's not everyday you're at that height savouring the grand scale of the 'rocky forest' Love the misty feel and touch of angled sunlight creates a fine 3D effect. A wonderful shot with good natural colour and focus. Congrats
