Photographer's Note

Have you ever seen Hitchcock's movie The Birds? Remember the swarm scene? Well hold that thought and then think of a swarm scene with little tiny fishies no bigger than half the size of your palm. This photo was taken when I was snorkelling on Ningaloo Reef, hoping to catch sight of the big, beautiful and harmless Whale Shark, which you have seen in a previous upload.

The reason these little fish were swarming can be seen in my Workshop photo. The silhouette you see is a Tiger Shark. This species (behind of course the Great White) are most responsible for fatal attacks on humans. Upon reaching the boat after a world record freestyle sprint, I must confess to needing a new wetsuit ;)
