This is the main entrance hall of Glasgow's Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum which had undergone a major restoration shortly before I took this picture.

While it is wonderful to be able to study and admire the many art treasures here, including Salvador Dali's magnificent "Christ of Saint John of the Cross", sometimes you just need a little break - and what better way to do that than sit and do a little "people watching".

ISO 800, 1/125 sec at f/4.5, focal length 17mm.
