Peaceful night...many beings... Photo

Photographer’s Note

Hello everybody:))))
This picture was taken in the centre of my hometown-monumental Toruń but unfortunatelly I took it without a tripod so it should be improved.
I would like to ask U for some advices and help how I should take the night pictures. My camera is not perfect in night ones...but soon I will have my dreamt one-Nikon D70.
In spite of that Your comments and advices are very welcome.

Hey, a very good picture with great night colors. I find the sky just awesome. I do like the people, just the one blurred at bottom right corner is a bit distracting.

This effort of yours is not bad and the sky is just right in colour. Good motion movement of the people. If you follow the list of points I made your shots will no doubt improve. Good luck.

Hello Agnieszka,
in spite of not using a tripod its an actually very good photo and that motion of the people gives life to the shot. i don't know if your camera have settings like shutter speed, ISO ratings and exposure but experimenting with those can give you a really great night shots.
i wish you have the D70 soon, take care and keep on posting :)

Witaj, po przerwie! Ciekawy kadr, podoba mi się, że niebo nie jest czarne. Lubię rozmazane postacie na pierwszym planie (nazywam je duchami). Toruń, to piękne miasto, czas wreszcie się tam zatrzymać, a nie tylko przejeżdżać w drodze na Mazury...

Beautiful night shot, I love the rich deep purple blue sky with a few twinkle of the stars. The ghost image of people show motions and energy. Good enought details, Noise level is a little bit high, but not bad, can be just a little bit sharper. But over all very pleasant and very good composition. The beautiful atmosphere of the environment really show well. Thanks so much.
