Basically a nice winter scene, but sort of dark and dreary. I question the "dark and dreary" part because there's quite a bit of shadow.
I think some work on brightness and contrast, maybe some cropping, and sharpening would give this shot more life.
If Workshop were enabled I could show you what I mean.
