The bottom was too big,so I just wanted to see the more balanced view,like three equal horizontal sections.

I thought it would be a better idea to concentrate on the portrait of the girl alone. So i did this workshop. Hope you didn't mind.

1) Cropped the photo
2) Added a frame to accentuate the details.

Hey Alessandro,

like i said, i wanted to see how it felt with just one child;; i think it works;;;; anyws,, I cloned her out,,,, burn'd in the wall abit to bring out the colors, did a majic wand on the girl so it would highligh various parts of her,,,, but made sure her face was highlighted; then I unsharped masked her. I dodge her with the highlight setting; and I also did a slight blur on the wall after I sharpened it as well.............................. I like this shot;;;; it relays and shines a light on thethe lives that many a children have; and it also shows subliminally how important reading and writing can be for children. :) I wish all children could be deflected from the ugliness of poverty; but whether you find it hard to believe or not;; poverty is one of those things that make the world go 'round; such a shame huh?!!!!!!!!!!!!!
