high force a brilliant place for photos no matter what the season. love the long exposure on the falls against the icy rocks. If it had been my shot I think I would have cropped it a tad to remove the "burnt out sky" bot hey that's only me regards adrian

hi vivianne like your shot of the west piet, you are so right about the stormy weather, we have just hade gale force 10 winds and a storm surge that has flooded the town centre, worst flooding for 60 years, I have just posted a B&W shot of the flood as it started regards adrian

hi Trevor, love this capture , I like how you have managed to get the "Fat controller" by him self, not easy to do on that station, its usually packed with as your comments say "Heartbeat & Harry Potter fans. The run from Whitby to Pickering is stunning what ever the time of year, in summer the moors are purple with the heather and in winter the snow covered landscape is amazing Hope you enjoyed your stay in my part of the country. regards adrian
