A magic picture especially with that blue sky. I think also that it is not just your district in Canada where it is difficult to photograph beautiful scenery because of electric wires! (I found that very often in BC and Alberta. :-)

An interesting subject make extra interesting by a careful chosen POV and composition. I like all the the contrasting geometric patterns and the contrasting colours beween the foreground and background.

It looks like the broken tooth of some fosilised monster. Composition is good, sharpness is fine. I think however the slight blue cast weakens the image a little. Just auto levels (which add needed contrast) and auto colour correction in Phoptoshop Elements for example make the image more natural and dramatic, (less washed-out) I think.

Excellent composition with a nice circular motion hapening with the road and the foreground architecture which leads the eye to the cityscape in the background. There are however odd patches of blurring in the photo which detract from the overall effect - lens needs cleaning?

Certainly a beautiful place, thank you for showing us. Difficult lighting situation handled well. Perhaps an exposure with the light reading taken from the sky could also have been tried.

Cut down one of the trees and move the statue. :-) The composition is just a bit cluttered. Otherwise this is an attractive image of an architectural icon.

Next time in NZ I won't miss the Coromandel Peninsula. Good composition and exposure - could do without the border though.

Digital cameras are great for night shots and this is a great one. The foreground is not conventional and as such makes the photo that more interesting.

The bus really takes this image out of the ordinary. Besides adding scale it contrasts wonderfully with the 'other worldliness' of the landscape.

Well done in finding an unconventional viewpoint for this familiar landmark. Maybe a little less of the blank foreground would have been better? Could be really special very early in the morning with no people around and the light at a lower angle.
