Excellent portrait Sayan. This portrait communicates the exact energy levels and joy of the child. Also the craze of Gangnam dance these days. I dont mind the feet seen in the frame. Street photography may have elements of street to make it authentic.Good framing where beauty lies in its incompleteness. Regards Satyakki

Dear Nino, Very good shot.well composed to the rule of third.the exposure has been prefect.i liked your choice of focal length and positioning of the monk. One of the Best shots of shooting against light and managing it by giving a BW silhoette. Cheers Satyakki

Hi, First of all, let share my wonder. I am wondering why no one liked the note/comment that you wrote for the picture. A rising tide is to be felt and experienced rather than read.( less words in no way take away the feelings) Secondly, the feelings of danger, fear, risk, emergency situation is perfectly portrayed by your shot of boys beating a hasty and careful retreat from the gushing waves. Choice of giving it BW is great creative judgement and perfectly explains the situation there. Must say, very good work Warmly, Satyakki

Dear Eric, I have been here. My observation is when we shoot classical heritage sites/structures which has otherwise been shot for ages by numerous photographers- what differentiates and brings out a new and fresh shot is the COMPOSITION.The angle chosen by one, which was never imagined by the other photographer. You have actually done that. The green foreground that you have included. The placing of the structure in the frame in such a way that the ground and sky is balanced. This FRAME GIVES us the OVERALL LOCATION AND LOOK AND FEEL PERSPECTIVE whereas most other shots of the Roma Collosum gives the RUINS PERSPECTIVE. Great photography, Satyakki

Dear Adrian, your photos are also like your paintings. Very well composed. I mean the foreground, middle ground and background is so well balanced. Excellent light exposure with the sky and clouds adding to the drama. Well shot and thanks for showing the french countryside. Warmly Satyakki

Dear Serghei, very good photo. I have travelled to this place about a year and a half back. Great composition. Very good setting of aperture to get the perfect effect of diffused lighting of the building. Good work. Regards Satyakki

Dear Mohammed Brother, Bismillah Rehman e Rahim Al Humdolillah, The advantage point from where you shot this picture is good. And, the picture has come out really well.(behetreen) However, given the mood of the festival, if I were you, I would have made this Black & White. Because Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, became a martyr at the Battle of Karbala on the tenth day of Muharram and we remember the loss with grief.Hence, Black & White is appropriate photography. Hope you agree. Inshallah, next time shoot....since you have an 18-105mm, you will probably take a better perspective low angle showing the PAIN and GRIEF more vividly.
