I rather like this too. Perhaps becasue the view is a little "off" !! ;-) - a little off the beaten track.
There are those - if they could be bothered to write - who'd say that this is a shot which tells us nothing. But, whether by intention or by accident it's packed with symbolic possibilities, tensions and histories - should one chose to wander down such an avenue.
Good luck!
Cheers

There's definitely something here. A mood of peeling paint and weathered wood, somehow echoed by the "old fashioned" nature of the net curtain, a different sort of pattern altogether.

Not too sure about the "tint" though.

Graphic and enjoyable. The effect is one of endless architecture, and the off-centre presentation, and the hard b&w take the shot away from "the obvious".

This is quite an obscure one, I think. There's very little here which is truly identifiable to my eye. Nevertheless, the mood is very strong, and perhaps the obscurity even adds to that!

Another cool shot which, again, gains atmosphere from the high iso - at least in my view!
It hovers somewhere between reality, 1950s poster, and a posed model in a wax-work museum - that would be the Tango waxwork Museum. You might just be in the ideal place to start such a venture - but don't, it would be madness!

Hard to say exactly why this one appeals - but it does!
The art style presentation turns what could be a rejected snap shot (in someone else's camera) into, well, into a piece of art, and we are forced to look, forced to consider. To me, this is a valuable technique. I like the result.

It's certainly an eye catching shot, a great mix of colour and silhouette. To be honest, I wish the coloured elements were a little lighter, the silhouettes a little darker - maybe just pure black outlines.

Fascinating image. At first I thought the whole thing was simply a photograph of a painting - clearly not so at full size.
Such an extraordinary scene, in so many ways - from the factual elements of what is actually going on, right through to the way you've captured it in such an idealistic and expressive pose. Even a halo, of sorts, adorns the girl AND, for some light relief, her left hand holds a lolipop of a Saint. LOL-ipop!
Don't be afraid of high ISO - here, it simply adds a layer of mood.

A charming and entertaining graphic.
Echoing the wall colour in the frame was, IMO, not a great idea though, and only detracts from the colours in the image itself. I'm sure this would have more impact with a simple white (or black) frame.
Cheers

The classic "texturama" shot. Even the little weed in the foreground makes a valuable contribution.

A good angle, and one which fundamentally works. It's a shame - compositionally - that there's another layer of tourists between us and the Taj, but hey, what can you do?!!
I'd probably have ignored the Taj altogether and taken a whole bunch of photographs of photographers yelling at me to get out of the way!

This one catches the eye. The soft shapes and shadows are very appealing, combined with the sharp "crystal" specs on the ground. The scale is unfathomable - and irrelevant - to the abstract beauty.

Nice title. No, start that again:-
Nice photo - and the title adds to the mood. I was expecting something a little more profound than face painting. Thought perhaps we'd found you hanging out at the Children of the Sons of Abraham Revival Marquee, or similar. But no.
Then again, taken the (also good) WS photo into account, this may well be face painting with a few Blessings from the Earth Mother Spirit thrown in at no extra charge.

A vision in lemon and lime. Tiredness becomes art - at least to the photographer.
My small critisism - which may of course not have been possible - but the elegant pose somehow lacks completeness without the right foot.
