Dutch / Holland Canal Skaters

I am trying to find a photographer who I think is/was from Holland. I used to see his shots 5 years ago here on TE. He presented beautiful landscapes, and his style was always the same. Quite vivid colours, always great light, and he had some amazing photos of people skating on frozen canals - very Lowry-like.

Ring any bells?
