Check the maximum size (3500 pixels) and maximum pixel count. Also make sure that all boxes such as location, date, equipment are filled in.

I finally came up with a scheme that works for me in Photoshop. Size to 800 pixels, DPI to 72 then save as jpeg and adjust to get size under 300k. Thanks for the suggestion

upload problems
I have reduced my photo to 300k and 800 pixels. How do I upload the image. I press upload and it clears the screen and I have to start again.Where is the tab to upload after the data is filled out

Good thought. Now that I looked at the photo a second time, your idea might work better. I will try not using autofocus next time.
