The photo has some interesting colors perhaps almost to much post processing (PP). It is always nice to have a flat horizon line when making water scenes. This one slops some to the right. A small amount more of gamma and less sharpness would help. The sharp feature adds white to lines and the water foam already has such. It also makes some scenes grainy.

But your mood is nice and the point of view toward the structure in the distance also nice. Kepp the images as natural as possible. Sometimes a little PP is needed.
