For PHOTOSHOP, look at the website to get full info.
There is a tool which can reproduce a dedicated part where you want, and so I used it to to copy the wall on the hand at bottom right. Very simple to use. Then, I have taken with another tool the right area and lighten it. Again, a very simple post processing for your picture.
