How can i see most awarded pictures here? /Pictures with most points?/

You cant. Such an option isnt available.

I won't be very interesting, because such a list will not show you the best photographer, but the person with the most friends here on TE

This is not exactly true. What it will do for the most part is show you the best photos by those who are most active on the site. Now, most of the very active members are (in part because of their participation here) very good photographers. It will overlook great photos/photographers here who aren't as active when it comes to posting shots, critiquing and participating in the forum, so you are right that it will not necessarily show you the best photos or photographers. However, most of the very high scoring shots are very good photos.

The difficulty is that there might be a relation between the quality of a shot and the points awarded. It's true that it's influenced by the relations you have on TE, but that again is influenced by the amount of time you spend on improving this community (and shooting nice pictures helps as well).

Off course there's no such thing as a best photo or photographer, it depends on taste, possibilities and situations. And you'll never know if different people would have taken a better shot in the same situation.

You could go to the tab 'members' and select 'photos' you'll to see the members with the most pictures. If you like to see the best pictures, you can go to my account :-))))

Most points? Check out the favourites from members.
There are many flavours on TE. Some like beautiful photos of beautiful places, maybe even with beautiful people on them.
Other like to learn about the world, and beauty is part of it.
