I wish to announce that Stephen Baker a member of Fuji website has stolen a photo and used it in a competition. This is the second time he has done this. The photo is one of TrekEarth member's

what can be done? I tried to register, figuring I could make comments from the inside but it seems that if you are not in the UK you cannot register.

He has the nerve to show his picture too! I hope you reported the violation to the site management.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this news...
How low can you possibly go; stealing other peoples photos, claiming them as your own- and collecting winnings from it!?!? This guy clearly has no pride what-so-ever. I'd like to see a law-suit brought against this piece of $%!&.- unbelievable. - Dan |

Their website doesn't seem to provide a facility to report a violation.
However, they do give their administration number as (44) 01234 217 724. If it were me, I would call them and make a complaint. A website that stole some of my pictures, and those of other TE members, did not reply to my emails or remove the pictures. I started to call some of their advertisers and , very politely, told them what had happened. They soon remove all the stolen pictures. |

Actually you can, at the bottom of the member profile pages and I did report a violation (I've created an account just for this). The more we are to report the violation the better it is. |

Like Romain, I've created an account and also reported a violation for both pictures.
Tip for those who'd like to do the same, but don't live in the UK and/or don't own a Fuji camera: In the address fields, just put the address and phone number of the Fuji UK Headquarters (you'll find them on the Contact page) and when prompted to enter the camera model and serial number, just copy the example that is given in the picture on the right hand side and put any date you wish... it works fine! ;o) |

I've used my old address from when I lived in the republic of Ireland. As for, the serial number, you don't even need to enter one (I know I didn't). You can't stop the registering process here, you'll still receive the confirmation email and your account will be open.

Thanks for the tip, it worked, and did a report as well ... a report to the headoffice of Fuji will help too, I suppose.
