Hi Ned, I hope that all is well. This photo came up on the TE front page, and I want to take the opportunity to bring it to a well-deserved score of 100. The inclusion of the curving foreground coastline and colorful houses provide just a perfect intro to the presentation of the grand scenery. The low-hanging clouds in front of the range is another detail that I like quite a bit. Beautiful shot.

Hi Norbert... it's been some time. Thanks for the thoughtful critique. This one really is one of my personal favorites. To me it's one where all the elements came together very nicely. I've recently returned to that spot and sought to improve on this, but alas, I still like this better. If interested in seeing this place almost 4 yrs to the day later, take a look at my blog.
