Hello, Spiros--
Great work here, you did well to hold the river in the frame, it keeps enough interest in the foreground to make this a complete picture rather than just another close-up or a picture of Ama Dablam with a bland foreground. Where was this taken from?

Hi Sam,
Thanks for your positive critique. The photograph was taken from an unnamed peak just west of Dingboche(4410m). Needing an extra day to acclimatise before heading for Kala Pattar (5545m)we decided to go for a day hike and followed a faint path up a nearby peak. I don't know how high we got but I figure it was around 5100m. Spiros
