Beautiful picture of one of the most picturesque mountain on earth!
Good sense of scale with the river at the bottom.
I've red that the glacier lakes in Sagarmatha are getting biger, due to global warming, and that some of them begin to threaten the villages under. Is this one in this case?

Hi Emmanuel,
Thank you for the kind words and for your positive critique. Unfortunately all the glaciers in the Khumbu region are melting faster than they should be causing excessive water run off that may wipe out some of the villages in the Khumbu valley. I hope this doesn't happen but hearing all the news lately about global warming we may not be able to stop it at this point. Spiros
