Hi Craig,
Such an outstanding work you made on this shot...
Love the mood you succeeded to get. Love the moody shots like this. As a member told you, it looks like a scene from an old movie, inspired from a polar for sure. It makes me think about the Godfather.
Like the dusty texture on the hotel that your b&w work gives. The heavy sky in the same tones as the hotel contributes to the mood too.
Night is interesting for b&w photography, for getting moody shots, funny also to play with street lighting as you made here.
Really a very good image. A favorite for me. Sincere compliments.
Very glad to see this kind of works here, so unusual. Creative, moody, b&w, sad atmosphere and I like that ! :)
And you know what : hope that you will propose others like this one ! :-p I will be there ! ;)

Hi Magali
I'm so glad you enjoyed the photo! I wasn't sure about adding it to TE beacause of the yellow coloring....thought people may be turned off by that. Personally, i like it alot too  Its much appreciated! cheers craig

It's true that many people don't like to see color in a b&w shot dominating but me, depending of course of the shot, I'm not disturbed by that. And in your shot, it works well like that, doesn't disturb the strong mood.
