For night shot without tripod the result is good.

Some suggestions:
1. I would use ISO-1600 instead of ISO-800 in such light conditions and without tripod. ISO-1600 shot on your camera would have slightly more noise, but it would certainly help to make photo sharper.
2. White balance looks incorrect. Colors are too yellow/orange. Don't use auto white balance at night. Incandescent light white balance would give much nicer colors.
3. Switch your camera to continuous shooting mode and take many photos without releasing your finger from the trigger button. Second or third shot would probably be sharper than the first.
4. I think think this photo would benefit from some more sharpening. Sharpening should be down after photo is downsized.
